Roh Suites - Athens

Roh Suites offered a great location just steps from Acropolis. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options with delicious omelets and savory French toast served at a charming nearby restaurant.

the breakfast was very good and we liked the restaurant where it was served. the staff was helpful and the owner too.

In my case they offered Hearing Accessible room with modern decor, a bathroom, comfy bed and that was great.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Management response time needs improvement!!! Check-in process felt impersonal and confusing!!! Addressing room features like insufficient curtains and broken shower would enhance the experience!!!

A wide array of food at the very very good breakfast. Marvellous location, just a short stroll away from Monastiraki. Set in a beautiful area close enough to the restaurant next door, the Plaka and many restaurants serving local food, and major attractions.

The breakfast was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. The location was magnificent and unbeatable in the safe area. There were shopping streets and souvenir shops around the hotel.

The location was a great asset, just a walk away from major attractions, and the room was spacious. Check-in felt a bit confusing without a dedicated area. The room had issues such as a hard bed and noise from nearby bars.

The staff here is friendly, and. I loved the three balconies in my room that offered fine city views!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to major sights, with the Acropolis metro only minutes away. The breakfast was a highlight, with choices and with delicious soup as an option. The lack of a safety deposit box and limited storage were good. The creaky bed was a source of discomfort that affected the relaxation experience.

The room was kind of a letdown. It was really dark and cheesy in design. The bed was super uncomfortable-you feel every little move the other person makes. Oh, and the shower lacked a rack for shampoo, annoying. Not the best experience for a couple looking to relax!

Helpful Staff, but Some Key Improvements Needed

The staff provided excellent customer service and helped us check in smoothly. We found the room cramped with a damaged floor was good.

Perfect location in the heart of Plaka, just minutes away from major attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, and the staff were very friendly (always ready to help!). Breakfast was also good, with fresh options available nearby.

The bed was uncomfortable, rivaling the worst sleeping arrangements in the galaxy. The AC reminded me of an ancient contraption, barely cooling the room during a brutal heat wave, with an unmarked remote adding to the frustration. Check-in was chaotic, requiring assistance from restaurant staff instead of a dedicated front desk, leading to a confusing arrival experience. The lack of clear communication meant I had to seek help repeatedly.
